Our Team Development Academy (TDA) provides our competitive teams with the opportunity to work with the EYSC technical staff. Throughout the year teams will be visited by our technical staff for observations, training sessions, and mentorship. In addition to these technical visits, competitive teams will partake in a one week compulsory half day summer camp whereby they will also receive coaching from our technical staff. Training will include technical, tactical and psychological development in a team setting.
