The EYSC requires a passport-sized photo with every player registration for our House League division. If you have submitted a registration form without a photo, please provide one to the club ASAP.

The club will not accept a photo which is e-mailed or faxed. Any player whose registration form does not include a photo will not be allowed to play until a photo is submitted. All photos must have the player's name, address and birthdate on the back.
