- The Club will only refund registration fees for both Rep and House League players prior to the start of the House League season or a Rep team's first league game. However, as of May 1, 2006, we will only refund fees for players who produce a medical letter or certificate from a physician outlining a medical condition which prevents a player from playing in a soccer game. The letter/certificate must be accompanied by a letter from a parent/guardian for players under the age of 16.
- An administration fee of $50.00 for House League players and $100.00 for Rep players will be applied to any refunded registration.
- A decision whether or not to issue a refund will be made by the EYSC's Treasurer whose decision is final.
