Parents and players on our Competitive/Development teams should be aware that there is no guaranteed playing time for players playing with competitive (U11-18) or development (U8-10) soccer with the EYSC. Playing time is the responsibility of coaches and the club does not dictate playing time for Competitive/Development players.

Players or parents who have a concern about playing time should discuss their concerns with the coaches or managers.
